- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Very nice, polite and professional people work there and they have GREAT rates on vehicle loans, but it's turned out to be very inconvenient to actually pay them. They do not accept automatic debit or any kind of electronic payments - you have to figure out where the post office is, go there and buy stamps, go to your bank and wait in line to get checks printed, and then *hopefully* remember to stick this in your mailbox (which is probably full of spiders this time of year), or actually be available during banking hours to drive down there and go inside or through the window. I hate to say this because they are such great people, but I'm seriously thinking of refinancing just because it's such an inconvenience to make a payment - I'm thinking up to a 1.5% higher interest rate would be preferable to the hassle and inconvenience of archaic billing. And also, it just took 3 tries and 10 minutes to get someone on the phone.By Melissa Johnson, August 03, 2017
